So lately I haven’t been eating that well. It’s been raining on and off in Sydney for the past few days yet I did manage to get three cardio sessions in last week but altogether, they didn’t total 2 hours. I also haven’t been eating that well or doing what I said I need to do; preparing healthy meals.
I finished my internship early today so if it doesn’t rain this afternoon, I will go for a 50 minutes to 1 hour power walk. I also bought some food and plan on making a quinoa, spicy beef and vegetable salad tonight for dinner and for work tomorrow.
